The group is open to all of Dr Yoganathan's patients who attend Swansea Clinic. This is a confidential forum where issues and concerns patients may have can be discussed, and look for a way to resolve them.

The meetings are held every three months.  The meetings are confidential and are attended by patients and a Health Board Representative, usually the Clinical Nurse Manager.  Each meeting is documented and concerns and issues are fed back to the Clinic and / or ABM University Health Board.
